How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $49. Standard shipping rate estimates are provided at checkout as some of our products are much heavier than others.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you are, our estimated shipping time is 8-14 business days to U.S and 6-10 business days to AU & the UK. However during peak season such as Black Friday and Christmas, allow an extra 10 days for shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package via the "track your order" link below.

Are your products safe?

Absolutely! Mindcoco products and their materials are carefully designed and tested to be safe for anyone. However, certain products may contain small parts or induce choking hazard for infants therefore supervision is recommended & age requirements are marked on individual product pages.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We are very mindful to mother earth, and where feasible, tries to reduce our damage & impact to it.
