We accept cancellation of order within 12hrs of being placed, please contact us at info@mindcoco.co with your order number to make any revision or cancellation request. You will receive an email confirming successful cancellations.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we do not accept cancellation requests after 12hrs of order being placed, or to make changes to your order once it has been fulfilled and entered into shipping process.

Every purchase of our products goes through a quality screening before they head out to you. But just in case this is what's happening, contact us at info@mindcoco.co with a photo of the damaged item/s for a replacement to be sent ASAP.

If the defect item or missing item cannot be replaced, we will provide a refund for your purchase.

If an item is out of stock and restock is available within the next 72hrs, we will fulfill your order once all stock arrives. If the item of purchase needs more than 72hrs to be restocked or discontinued, we will refund your order for the out of stock item and dispatch the rest.

Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders into multiple shipments at this time. Your entire order will ship together.

Yes, all mindcoco products come with a 30-day warranty against product defects. Reach out if you have any issues or you can also check out T&C for details.

Currently we ship to US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Hong Kong, if you are in a country that's not the above, make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to be updated with new stockists!

Orders normally gets fulfilled within 24hrs after payment, then depending on where you are, will take 4-15 business days to arrive.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, you can also referred to the "Expected Delivery Date" on the checkout page for an indication.

For standard shipping, we work with a variety of major carriers such as USPS, Australia Post & Canada Post, Royal Mail, as well as local courier services such iMiles & Intelcom, etc.

Currently we cannot accept standard shipping through appointed carriers.

Yes, you'll receive email notifications when your order ships, and when it's scheduled for delivery on the day. You can also track the progress on our "Track your order" page.

For your security, packages that require a signature cannot be left without recipient signature. They'll be held for pickup or re-delivery.

Rest assured we want you to receive your purchase as much as you do! But due to variety of reasons, sometimes our courier partners may need a little nudge. Send us a request with your order number, we'd be happy to do that for you!

In the rare occasion that you've received a failed/attempted delivery notice, we will need a confirmation of address and a phone number that they can reach you on, along with any instruction of drop off to arrange for a re-delivery. This information is only shared through a secure channel with the courier.

We understand how frustrating this might be. But don't worry, first check if the package is not sitting in your mail box, next (for our Royal Mail customers, almost specifically) wait for another day as sometimes the actual delivery is slower than the system update (we don't know why, and we dare not ask).

If it is still not turning up, let us know, we will go ask for a proof of photo evidence of delivery to better navigate the scavenger hunt, or if none was provided within reasonable time frame, we will replace your package
