My Orders
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay for online orders.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered the shipping process.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
We're so sorry about that! Please reach out to our customer support team right away with photos of the issue. We'll work to resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders into multiple shipments at this time. Your entire order will ship together once all items are available.
If an item is out of stock, you'll have the option to be notified when it's back in stock, or you can remove it from your cart. In-stock items will ship right away.

Yes, all mindcoco products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Reach out if you have any issues during this period.
SHIPPING
Currently we only ship to US, however we are exploring other regions, make sure you subscribe to our mailing list to stay in the loop on new areas and exclusive shipping deals!
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here on average will take 5-12 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
For standard shipping, we work with USPS and Fedex. For express shipping it depends on the location, please send us a note with your location to confirm.
Yes, expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an additional fee.
Yes, you'll receive email notifications when your order ships and with shipping updates along the way.
For your security, packages that require a signature cannot be left without recipient signature. They'll be held for pickup or re-delivery.

CocoPuffy is made with natural materials so a natural gradual deflation is perfectly normal. It is also refillable easily, find instructions here.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied! Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To do that, reach out to our customer service to inquire.
