How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders $69+. Standard shipping rate estimates are provided at checkout, just input your post code to have it estimated.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you are, our estimated shipping time is 8-15 business days to North America and 6-10 business days to AU & the UK. During peak season such as Black Friday and Christmas, allow an extra 6-10 days for shipping.

How can I track my order?

Our curated products-Neurospicy Collection, helps address a variety of sensory relief needs for neurodivergent individuals. This ranges from noise sensitivity to sensory overload, anxiety and lack of focus, workplace burnout, poor sleep qualities, as well as products proven effective in executive dysfunction improvement & training.

Are your products safe?

Mindcoco products and their materials are carefully tested by our own team members before launch. However, certain products may contain small parts or induce choking hazard for infants therefore supervision is recommended & age requirements are marked on individual product description.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We are very mindful to our mother earth, and where feasible, tries to reduce our damage & impact to it.

Our products such as CocoPuffy are handmade with eco-friendly, ethically-sourced materials where possible. Certain sensory products such as worry stone sets are also made from BPA-free materials and natural ceramics.
