27 Browser Tabs: A Living Map of My ADHD Brain

Ever wondered what the inside of an ADHD brain looks like? Look no further than my Google Chrome window. Right now, I have exactly 27 tabs open.

There’s the one for that productivity tool I’ll use for exactly three days. The three tabs dedicated to "how to grow a succulent" (one of them is already dead, the plant, not the tab). Four tabs are Wikipedia deep-dives into 17th-century maritime law because... well, I forgot why.

To most people, this is digital chaos. To me, it’s a living, breathing map of my curiosity. We don’t "focus" in a straight line; we focus in a spiderweb. And that’s okay.
